The California Santa Barbara Mountains provide a stunning backdrop to one of regions premier golf clubs. Situated inland on the eastern coastal plains The Club At Montecito is open to members all year round due to the unique Mediterranean like climate. The river which flows down from the mountains & eventually out into the Pacific ocean adds an infrequent water hazard to the outbound 9 holes whilst the inbound trail works its way inland up & around the historic bell tower & church with its small graveyard & visitors centre. The course as a whole offers a relaxing moderate challenge relying on distances, sand traps & the occasional green tier to defend the relatively easy par 72.
